​Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days except item/s with personalization which will take 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of uninsured packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. While we strive hard for every item to reach you in perfect condition, we understand that there may be some exceptions wherein the item purchased may be damaged, defective or incorrect.

We only allow returns or exchanges under the conditions stated above. Items must be returned in the original packaging, packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted. Used, worn, ironed or washed item/s are not eligible for return or exchange. All shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

Sale items are final. However, they are exchangeable if the size does not fit. Should the item you require the size for is unavailable, you will have to select something else. We can also offer a credit memo for you, if applicable. Shipping fees for exchanges will be borne by customers. In-stock items once shipped, cannot be cancelled.
